How many times have you been called by a recruiter and they asked “Who do you know, who might be interested in this opportunity?”
How many times have you passed a lead to someone for free? Well, I’ve thought about this, many of my colleagues ask for leads and never “Pay it forward”. They may or may never call you back.
Are you aware of any companies that are expanding their sales force? Have you heard of local companies looking for a sales rep? If so, I would appreciate the lead.
Given the new economy we live in. I’ve see a turn, everyone is willing to help one another. I’m willing to do my part and I’m willing to share a piece of the pie for qualified leads.
Sales people are always networking regarding what they found in their meetings. I.e. a sales rep is meeting about a data warehouse project, but the client starts talking about their version of their database and the current sales rep doesn’t sell database products, so he calls his buddy and tells him about the opportunity. They both close a nice deal; it’s a win/win.
This works in two parts:
- If you know of a company who is hiring forward the lead to me, I’m willing to pay for the information if we place someone at the company you will be compensated 5% of our invoice. You’re lead is kept on our books for 6 months.
- The second part to this is if you know someone who is looking for a new opportunity and would like to register them with us, fill out the form below and your name will be attached to the person for 6 months. Keep in mind; we’ve been in business for 10 years, so we have several sales people in our database. It’s the honor system. Like the “business “lead program you will receive a 5% of our invoice as a referral fee for 12 months.
